Didn't receive Serial number and product key after Purchase of AutoCAD 2018

I have autocad 2018 downloaded but never got the email with serial number and product key. I can't work on autocad without it

Yes I go to UNG oakwood

I downloaded it through my schools website so I could get it for free. The
technology store brings me to get autodesk and then autocad was downlaoded

In that case, you are a part of the educational program. Please visit the Autodesk educational website & follow the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software. Students of qualified educational institutions need to go through the process & locate their downloads on that site.

I have already downloaded the software though and all i needed was the #'s
for it to work. Do i have to download it again?

No you don't need to, although I am not sure where you downloaded the applications & I can not verify them. 

Next time please, download them from the Autodesk.com Educational site. 

For each product & version you wish to have access to & receive in your Autodesk Account visit the  "Free Software" page & select it from the drop-down the activate information will appear below. Your serial numbers & product keys are available in your Autodesk Account under the "Management" tab information will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs, you will also receive an email right after setting this up.
