hi

my name is Rabaka Sultana. i am trying to get a 3 year license for Auto CAD. When i create my id, i received a message that i will get email regarding serial no. but i did not get. help me

Hi @sulry004, 

 

I was able to pull  up your account using the Email Address associated to this post, but there was no Serial # on the account. Also, the account has yet to be activated.

 

I have manually activated the account and upon logging in, you should now be able to download any available Product. 

 

Note that when you download a Product from the EDU, the Serial # will show up before you proceed with the download and installation. See here for more details.
