I downloaded the exe installation file. After selecting the installation directory, the pop-up window will pop up at about 5%. I did not adjust the installation directory, and the problem has not been resolved.

I tried to restart the computer and turn off the anti-virus software, but the problem remains the same，

Can you make sure you have full ADMIN rights 

What happens if you right click on the EXE and click the RUN AS ADMIN?

My problem has been found. I have installed other Autodesk software on my computer before, but it has not been uninstalled completely. I use AUTO_ Uninstller_ x64_ 9.6.01, uninstall and install again, and the problem is solved。
