Desktop Connector - Can't load information about available Fusion Teams

Hey,

I used Fusion 360 for a while, but now I wanted to test AutoCAD as a non-cloud-based solution.

I installed AutoCAD 2024 and the Desktop Connector, but when I click the "Autodesk-Projects" tab on the start page I get the error "Can’t load information about available Fusion Teams".

I tried reinstalling the desktop connector.

How can I resolve this issue?

I am currently on the Education License so I cannot contact support.

Thanks!

@raphael.kriegl Are AutoCAD/fusion meant to be connected?

@pendeanI'm not sure, but I assumed I could access the Autodesk Projects from AutoCAD, because why would it give me this error if it wasn't possible at all?

I didn't want to manually export all my fusion projects and import them in autoCAD.
