Hello,
the " Vault Update 2016.0.4 Hotfix (Client)" comes again in Desktop-App after installation and a reboot of the machine. If we open the Desktop-App we can see it at "my updates", but if we go to "Vault Basic" the Desktop-App means that all updates are installed.
If we install the hotfix again all things seem to be ok, but after a reboot of the machine this hotfix will be displayed again as discribed.
This will also happen if the hotfix are installed manually from the downloaded file, on Windows7 and Windows10 machines. And it happens independently of a login. See also the pictures in the attachements.
Is there a solution to fix this behaviour without deinstalling the Desktop-App?
Thanks

Hello Otto,
thanks for the great informations. My problem isn't getting the software, its the behaviour of the Autodesk Desktop-App. So it would be fine to get informations about what to do to get the Desktop-App working right again.
That's a known issue with the Desktop app. That's been happening for a while, but there's nothing to worry about.
You can disregard the hotfix update, if it's already installed.
UPDATE
One thing to note is the server and clients need to be updated at the same time. You cannot install the update on the clients and not install the Server updates. Otherwise, you'll have trouble with your vault.
