Design Review: Installation Failed. (0x643: Internal Error)

Have been trying to install Autodesk Design Review 2011 but continue to receive the following error message: "Autodesk Design Review 2011 (0x643: Internal Error)"

Installing on a 64Bit Windows Vista Home.

Any clue as to what this message is identifying and how to fix?
