Hello,

I am trying to set up a 'class as an educator' and the first time I signed in as 'single-user' with a colleague inviting me to the class. Does anyone know if there is a way I can deactivate my account and then join as an educator with the same email address that I joined in the first place?

You can contact Education Support. They'll help you deactivate your Educational license.
