I'm trying to upload a file that has been created in Rhino3D but when I follow this direction
Click Upload 
in the Data Panel
there is no option to do this in my data panel?

This is the Autodesk installation and licensing forum so I'm not sure if you posted in the correct location (thus no replies so far).. What application are you using to upload the rhino3d file? Give us more details.. Just saying "click upload in the data panel" doesn't mean much..
