But i installed 3dsmax after the installation of Win10. I have already preinstalled DIrectx12. I checked and i have a D3dcompiler_47.

My lappy conifg is as follows

Asus ROG G750JY

32GB ram

I installed the Building design bundle suite. I did not install navisworks, inventor and some other stuff. IS is not working bcos of that. Kindly help me reslve this issue. All the other installed programs are working fine like AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, AutoCAD.

Did you solve this?

I'm having the same problem trying to get 3ds max 2014 onto a new Windows 10 machine, though it was working fine on my other Windows 10 PC

The 2014 version is not supported on Windows 10..  Although you may have it working on other machines, Win 10 updates have a history of taking down these legacy versions, so why risk it...
