Conflicting personal and subscription licenses

I have recently purchased a subscription for Fusion 360, however when I log into the app on the desktop if still registers as the "Personal - Not for Commercial Use).  After contacting support they said that my personal license and subscription license are conflicting.  They recommended using a separate email and account, however, I would much prefer to keep my current account. They said that I should post here to request that my personal license be removed from my account.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

no idea why support told you to post here to get your account removed this is just a user forum

you need to go back to support to have them remove your personal account: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support

FWIW you cannot have the same single account for two license types: sorry, that's not how it works at Autodesk for licensing. There is nothing you can do about it.

And only Autodesk Support can remove your personal license: when you call back, insist they do it or ask for the next tier of support person to talk to (aka ask for the manager LOL).
