I have recently purchased a subscription for Fusion 360, however when I log into the app on the desktop if still registers as the "Personal - Not for Commercial Use). After contacting support they said that my personal license and subscription license are conflicting. They recommended using a separate email and account, however, I would much prefer to keep my current account. They said that I should post here to request that my personal license be removed from my account.

no idea why support told you to post here to get your account removed this is just a user forum
