Steps to reproduce
I can't seem to acess the https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/ website. I am always asked to confirm my details ( despite being a fully confirmed educational subscriber). After filling the form, the pop-up asking for confirmation never leaves. But please be aware that I can download softwares from the https://manage.autodesk.com/products however the educational softwares there are limited hence I was directed to the https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/ website.

Expected results
no pop-up asking for confirmation over and over even after filling the confirmatory form

Cambia de navegador, tuve el mismo problema y lo que hice fue llenar los datos que me pedía desde otro navegador. Estuve utilizando Opera GX cuando tuve el problema, cambié a Microsoft EDGE, intenté llenar los datos y darle en continuar y ya no hubo error, todo se realizó y verificó sin ningún problema.
