Combine Multiple accounts

Hi,   my company purchased Revit and Autocad LT,  however they were each processed under separate accounts (different emails).  The same user accesses the software however he is forced to log in and out of each account each time he uses the software.  Is there a way I can combine the two accounts into one?  I already tried adding one account as admin in the other account, but that doesn't work.

Thank you!

Purchasing product using emails has nothing to do with Autodesk Accounts/ID assigned to the benefits of using the software.  Are you saying the contract manager for these two subscription is the actual end user but uses 2 different email accounts?

I have two separate autodesk accounts,  one for each software,  but i have one user who needs access to both software.  I tried adding him as a user in both accounts but he's only allowed to be user in one.  So to access the other, he has to log out of his account and into the other account each time.

Yes I am,  I actually just received a reply from customer support saying there was an update rolled out today that allows you to add users to multiple accounts and assign them to the software.  I wasn't able to do that before.. So it's all good now!

Thanks for your help!
