Civil 3D Student Version

Greetings, has anyone downloaded the Civil 3D student version recently.? Is this option still available for South Africa? When I try to be verified it gives an error on my University name.

I get a message that this option might not be available in my country.

Can you share a screenshot of the error message? Please remove all personal details.

If your university is not appearing in the list, please try reloading the list by reselecting your country and institution type.

Hi Mike, 

Thank you for your help, but the first part of your solution i.e. adding the school/university name in manually and then going back to the verification page to check if it has been updated, did not work.  When I tried this I still got the " Match not found. Please re-enter your institution name..." error. 

However, the second part of your solution suggested that I contact the Educational Support team, which I have done. So I now have a case number and hopefully, they will be able to resolve the issue.
