Civil 3D - Education Network License

Is there a new location to retrieve Civil 3D Education network license file?

From the Student and Software Education page:

I go to Civil 3D > click get license file> select deploy with network server > Install > Accept agreement

I usually receive an email with the Product and can do the register once to generate the network license. But for some reason this is not working with Civil 3D. I have a ticket open, but it's been open for over 3 weeks.

Is this because our Civil 3D Education expired? I'm trying to renew our Education Civil 3D Network License.

I also attached a screen shot of how Civil 3D is missing the network license and how AutoCAD shows correctly for the network license.

I hope this makes sense, please advise. Thank you

Yes, registering is next but I needed the license file first. But I tried again today and was able to get the Product serial number and then register the product > single server & mac address. Finally got the license file emailed also! I appreciate your assistance.

Sorry, but Leo's reply was not what fixed my issue. He gave the site to register the product, which I already had. But I will still show kudos. Who ever made the serials number start showing again after i click get license, fixed my issue. But i appreciate all the input
