Civil #3D 2024 Could not load file or assembly 'AeccUiMgd.dll' or one of its dependencies

I have a problem with running the new Civil 3D 2024 application. 

After installing the application it gives me the faultcode: 

Could not load file or assembly 'AeccUiMgd.dll' or one of its dependencies.

I have tried installing the application multiple times, with my firewall turned on and instalations with the firewall turned off. From all the instalations i did the "Restart to install" button only appeared once.

When opening the application it crashes with the faultcode above, after this message another message pops up:

The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed.

Any ideas how to solve my problem, I have tried replacing the AeccAdpMgd.dll file

Hi @jaap_reitsma,

I came across the following post that ran into the same issue you're experiencing with the AeccUiMgd.dll error:

Unfortunately their solution was to completely reinstall Windows 10.  Before resorting to that, I would suggest a complete Clean Uninstall/Re-install of Civil 3d:

One thing to note, I would make a backup/export of your Registry before doing any edits.

On that second link - really annoys me that Autodesk has not added Civil 3d 2024 product information in that yet.  Its not like the product key is hard to find but its one more obstacle to getting work done fast.  I answered the 'was this information helpful' a the bottom of the page a month ago but no update.
