Chromium host executable (acwebbrowser.exe) error breaks 3dsMax 2017 start

Clean installed 3dsMax2017 on Win8 (I7-2630QM 2.00GHz, 8Gb, GeForceGT525M)  startin' for 1-5 sec, show loading screen, then crash!  Win error refers on  acwebbrowser.exe (chromium host executable) appcrash.

I already read this and other basic articles, and make all advices like: uninstallin, clean registry, reinstall, turn off antivirus, UAC, reinstall all MS C++  e.t.c.      Problem exists..

Заново  переустановленный 3dsMax 2017 по всем советам из статей с форума не запускается - экран загрузки и ошибка виндоус Chromium host executable (acwebbrowser.exe appcrash).  Статья с таким же названием описывает другую проблему и не содержит решения.  В общем перепробовал разные советы: переустановки чистые с подтираниями реестра и "чисткой хвостов" (вместе с самим acwebbrowser.exe), переставлял С++, естественно UAC, брэндмауэру антивирусы итп отрублено, все ставится по дефолту и на С:/ 
Какие предложения?

The chromium host (acwebbrowser.exe) is used to check your access permissions, cloud services, in-product feedback, etc. Therefore you'll see multiple running within your running tasks.

I doubt if that's the issue, but try disconnecting the machine from the internet, then try launching the application to see what happens.

In my opinion, I think this issue is related to your graphics card/driver. Have you updated your graphics card driver to the latest version from the vendor's website?

acwebbrowser.exe crushes and prevent to start 3dsMax in any case - with or without internet connection. 
Drivers for graphc card  updated 15 min ago, same result.

The acwebbrowser.exe are used to create some of the UI within the Autodesk application. Please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article, Chromium host executable (AcWebBrowser.exe) shows high CPU usage.

This advices are for workin' programm with troubles (high CPU usage) and half of them cant be applied 'cause none of Autodesk soft can't start to turn off "Welcome Screen" or "Help".  Another advices already done:

• Admin user
• acwebbrowser.exe *32 application is in exceptions
• Clean uninstalled and reinstalled, like I write before

Like You see in a Task manager there 1 trouble process.

I'm appreciate for your concern, but all these articles I'v already found by keywords (chromium host executable, acwebbrowser.exe)  And what wonderfull thing unites them?  They have the same advices, same usless dammit advises!
And I think had to start learning Blender or C4d, 'cause Autodesk 3ds Maks 1 year refused to install, then all summer doesn't want to start
