Change Licensing from Network to Single-User

Hello,

we have changed our licensing-agreement from network to single-user.

All users have an autodesk account and the products are correct assigned in the autodesk-management.

The old network-licence-service is deactivated.

When the users now start revit, the program shows a error-message (see attachments).

What can I do, to fix this problem.

you will have to reset the licensing: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/how-to-reset-autodesk-2020-2024-licensing/td-p...

Download the Licensingsupporttool. Unpack it. Execute

AdskLicensingSupportTool.exe --resetlicensemethod ALL:USER

on all machines and you've switched all installed Autodesk software (as of version 2017) to a User License. And if you have to switch back to network:

AdskLicensingSupportTool.exe --resetlicensemethod ALL:NETWORK
