cant use product key to complete install

I just download an 3ds max for students, but when I put the product key into to the box, it is not working.I don't know why..i try alot of time like reinstall but not working also..

It looks like you're getting an "Invalid Serial Number” message or having trouble with your product key while trying to register and activate your Autodesk software. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

For product key information: Finding Serial Numbers & Product Keys

If you’re having an issue with your product key, please make sure that you are using the correct one for your product (especially if your product comes from a suite). Finally, you should type then numbers and letters in. We do not recommend copy/paste.

Welcome to the community...

You left out some major information...  There's no way we can even assist you..

What version of 3Ds Max?

What Product Key are you using?

If its the 2017 version, the fourth character is the letter I (eye) and in all cases do not copy/paste product key information from any information that you have.  Just type it in.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your serial number & product key. Make sure you are typing the serial # & product key in the fields not copy/pasting it in. If you are a student make sure you registered the product on your Education Community Account. 

All 2017 products use an I, for example: 

Autodesk 3ds Max 2017        128I1
