Cant find product key

I'm currently using the trial software for Autocad LT 2017 and have now purchased a single seat user license.

 

When i try to register my new serial number (that was emailed to me) it also asks for a product key that i haven't got. It's not in my autodesk account under the managment section (i only have billing info there) and i cant find it in the setup files the MID.txt file i cant find anywhere.

 

Can any help me register my new license/ convert my trial software?

That doesn't help. I've had this problem for a week, opened a case and still no help or support from Autodesk. Been asked to uninstall software and re-install, I have done this but still do not have a product key or the ability to convert my trial software to a licensed version, Yet I have paid and received my serial number.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

The product key for AutoCAD LT 2017 is 057I1. Please note that to activate your software, you have to use your credentials.

 

Please have a look at this Autodesk Solution to update your serial number without reinstalling your software.
