WHY I CANT CANCELL MY SUBSCRIPTION? I CANT SEEM TO FIND/MANAGE MY ACCOUNT'S ORDER/SUBSCRIPTION EVERYTIME I ENTER MY ORDER NUMBER AND PASSWORD ON THE "LOOK UP YOUR ORDER" PAGE. ALL I CAN SEE IS A BLANK PAGE WITH LANGUAGE OPTIONS. WHEN I CLICK ANY LANGUAGE, IT JUST REDIRECT ME TO THE AUTODESK PRODUCT PAGE. PLEASE HELP. I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

SAME HERE WITH THIS!!!
Please STOP THE AUTO RENEWAL as your Web page gives me Error Number: SUB_000211 all the time. Like some kind of a blackmail to keep me LOCKED on AutoRenewal.
