Cannot use recap photo with education license

I downloaded recap pro in the education community and activated it with the education license. But when I launch recap photo, it still asks me to subscribe. I cannot get access to recap mobile either. It seems my account is still not in your database.

I updated it but still didn't work. Actually, I signed up for another account with my school .edu email and linked it with recap pro. Then, I signed out the previous account and logged in to the new account in recap pro. It worked and showed education license in recap photo.

The difference is that my previous account didn't ask me to verify the education, but the new account required my school documents. I submitted it and passed the verification.
