Cannot log in to autodesk

Tried to log in to get access to software but it keeps asking for email and password; then it keeps sending code - please help

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

What do you mean it keeps sending you codes?  Do you mean activation codes? Are you trying to use your software by logging in or trying to access your Autodesk Account?

 

What Autodesk Application and Version is this?   What type of license do you have?

Hello @Anonymous,

 

Sorry for the frustration. It seems you are trying to sign in to your Autodesk account & you receive an error. 

 

Try the following: 

  1. Remove the Browser pop-up blocker in "Settings" or "Privacy"
  2. Clear your Browser history, clear cache, cookies 
  3. Adjust LAN settings

  4. Try a different browser
