I have my AutoCAD 2011 I bought from you and trying to install it on my new computer. I typed in the serial number and product key YOU gave me with the program, and it says "wrong serial number". What is going on?

Although Lynn is from Autodesk and assisting you.. Please keep in mind for the future this is mainly a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself. Meaning we the users didn't provide the serial # or information to you..
