I tried to download Autodesk and verify my email but the system wouldn't verify. My student email wasn't active at first, so I tried to use my personal email. After I had my email fixed, I registered it (the one I'm using now) and now it tells me this: "Our records show you previously submitted information to verify your eligibility to access Autodesk products with an Educational license. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact support"
I need this product to get my homework done and have reached out to Autodesk and SheerId. I haven't been able to resolve this. Is there another way I can go about getting the software?

It's just a process of waiting for them to get back to you.
Did you reach out to educational support?
If not then they will be your best hope: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
In the meantime, you can always download a 30-day trial to get you through until this is sorted.
I did reach out to them and they continue to give me the same answers. I am not a computer wizard but I know my way around well enough to feel confident I am doing all the steps and I'm fairly competent as well. I'm not trying to boast or anything, but what I'm saying is that I'm not an invalid. Thank you for reaching out and for your efforts though. I do appreciate your time.
