cannot generate network license

Dear Support-Team.

 

I cannot generate a new network license for our AutoCAD 2014. When I want to select a available product (after entering servername and mac), the list is empty. Why is that? Please assist.

Same here, I can not contiunue ... Product information is empty. Please see attached screen shot.

I did follow the register once website, but as I wrote earlier there are no product information available. I reposted the screen without serial number. On the yellow marked spot should be more information, which in my case are not appearing. Please help.

I know Autodesk was having issues the other day but I used Register Once a couple of days ago and everything was working at that time..  I don't have access to your serial # or information so I was going to offer you the link to Autodesk activation/chat but that appears not to be working either.
