Although your product is about 10 years old.. Never and I mean never share personal information such as your serial # here. This is a world wide user forum.
Also where did you get this 10 year old version? Just because you have a given version and serial # doesn't mean the serial # is still active.

Thank you for taking part in the community. 
Please be aware that any older unsupported versions can become unavailable at any time & may not function on a newer operating system. What operating system are you trying to run it on?
Take a look at the system requirements before attempting to download & install.
Autodesk provides support for current version & three versions back, this activation may no longer be supported.
