Cannot generate a class or lab network license through the website?

When I clicked the "Get License" on class/lab page, it directed me to a webpage where I should be able to select the version and the license type. However, the page did not stay for me to do the selection or if I click refresh the page, it automatically prompted to the individual license page. The class/lab website are not working for me. I want to know it is the issue on my end or on autocad website. I have contacted the Autodesk support, it is not helpful at all. The issue is still there.
