Cannot download AutoCAD for students

Hello

I have been trying to download the student version of AutoCAD for about 3 months now and am still having problems.

Whenever I try to download it, the file fails and I receive an error message with 'Some of the files failed to download' and there are crosses next to everything.

I've tried everything that AutoCAD have suggested already, and none of it seems to be working....I've tried the following:

- disabling anti-virus software and set Windows UAC to never notify

- uninstalling C++ programmes

- downloading it from the Autodesk Virtual Agent, and a personalised link sent by AutoCAD themselves

- cleaned out my temp folder

Is anyone able to suggest something new that I could try please? I've attached the log file from my most recent attempt, and a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.

Thank you in advance!

Hi all

I have already tried disabling my anti-virus software and then trying to install, it didn't work unfortunately.

Are there any other suggestions?

I can't try it on a different PC as I need it on the one PC I have at home...

Thanks
