Cannot activate trial AutoCAD 2023

Hi everybody,

I downloaded and installed the free trial version of AutoCAD 2023 on my PC. When oping the programm,  I get a notification, that no trial version is connected to my account. How can I fix this issue and start a free 30 day trial?

as far as i am aware you have to choose a College or learning institution, from a list to be able to get a student license. this is all done in your autodesk learning profile.

and if you do the browse download what happens

For the first try resetting it:

After clicking on "Kostenlose Testversion" I get redirected to the browser to download the software I already installed.

Try the reset then ... 

(Also, you didn't already do a trial of 2023 did you? )

I never had a trial before.

How do I do a reset? Just reinstalling?
