Is this based on a student license?  You need to provide a screen shot of what you're seeing or error messages in why you can't activate?

Yes. A student licence, well the stupid edit boxes, not liking that, and can
you send me the link where I can request a activation code. And maybe
putting in the wrong code, or the wrong format. The edit boxes, don't make
it easy, and says either invalid code, the serial number is too short or you
don't have a valid serial number. Can you send me the registration once
activation code, and yes, a education licence and also why it is asking fo
for 3d max 2019, when I have got 2017. And also how do I fix my intel driver
issue with mudbox 2018. Do you have the link to download the education
version of mudbox 2016 or 2019. And do I just go with 3d max 2019, myia
2019, and mudbox 2019, education licences and 64 bit setup. If so can you
send me the links, so then I can then remove the current software and then
install that, can you find me the education links. Did try finding that the
other day, but could not seem to find, auto desk was having some website
issues.

hi, cannot find the software and going round and round in circles. can some one send me the link to download the auto desk desktop downloader installer, then once i use that, then can i then download the products i want and with activation, will it be seemless or have nightmares. went round and round , found the instructions, but could not find the get sofware for students, and then the download products. can some one send me the link for the auto desk installer, then once i install the downloader, will it then show me a list of software to download. please help. maybe the site has graphic links which jaws my screen reader cannot read without text labels. can you help. frustrated.using google chrome latest version, windows 10 1809 home 64 bit..

Just trying to clarify - were you able to download 3ds Max 2017 from Education Community? Did you sign in and get your student license? If you were having trouble downloading or activating the software, did you get any error message? Please give a bit more details so we can help you troubleshoot.

Hi, well got the serial number, but kept saying invalid, too short a serial
number or not the right one. And the edit fields was confusing for a screen
reader user. So I then totally uninstalled, so want the education versions
for 2019. Go with the latest versions, and the activation will be better
and better accessibility. Can you send me the auto desk desktop app
installer, education version, then just install via that. Thanks.

Ps: not the most easiest site and was quite confusingmaybe and could not
find the download links, or buttons for downloading 3d max 2019, mudbox
2019, if I get the intel graphics driver issue and myia 2019. Can you send
me the links.

can you confirm that the Student version is appearing in your Autodesk Account? So that we are sure the registration over the Education page was successful?

Furthermore, you need to download the software either over the Education page or over your Autodesk Account AND NOT over the "free Trial" page. Too often, Students download the software from the wrong place and cannot activate. 😉

Hi, trying to download from the auto desk site and from my account, but the
way the page is laid out, and my screen reader, and so did totally uinstall
2017, 2018 products. Now need direct download links for 3d max 2019, myia
2019, mudbox 2019, 64 bit and 2018 had an issue with my graphics driver, and
hope the activation is online and then don't have to enter a serial number.
The serial number box was very confusing and could not find the download
links or download buttons. Could not download and install. So can you send
me the links, and hope can then activate. Maybe auto desk did not think
blind students, could use their software, or low vision. 3d max, the menus,
2017, and was able to load projects and read the tables, etc. myia was a
different issue, did read some of the menus and options. Mudbox would not
read, just gave me an error you need to update or a new intel driver. Can
you help.

can you  please confirm that the sofwtare you are trying to activate is showing in your Autodesk Account? Please go to the link "manage.autodesk.com" (<-click) and log in with the email address you have used to apply for the student version as well as the password for this Account.

1. Make sure the products are showing in the Autodesk Account under the "All product and services" tab and also make sure WHICH version you are entitled to use currently (2019, 2018, 2017)?

2. Please download from the Autodesk Account by clicking next to the product on the "download" Icon

**** If 2019 is not showing currently, this means you have to register for it over this link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max

-> Log in over this page, then choose the version 2019 and then download.

-> Some product has not been released as 2019 Versions for students yet.

3. For the download over the Account please choose "Browser download" method.

4. Make sure when trying to activate, that you haver downloaded and installed the Student version and not the trial version.

5. Make sure to choose the correct serial number (starting with 901-XXXXX) as well as the correct Product key according to the Version : 2017 128I1 (=with a big "i" not a small "L"), 2018 128J1, 2019 128K1.

Kindly follow all this steps and confirm to me if you can activate your license.

Hi, downloaded, choose the version, and logged into my account. Forgot to
turn off firewall and trend micro firewall. So where do I find mudbox 2019,
and myia 2019. So will just have to do a reboot, and did extract to the
setup . sorry. Forgot about that. Thought it might install. Could not
download some files. So will try again.

Can you then send me the links to download mudbox and myia 2019 64 bit.

hi, downloaded 3d max 2019 64 bit, had to then turn off my anti virus and firewall. then reboot, then was able to install, and it did install. now when i try to launch, and from all apps list, and then put a desktop shortcut, 3d max 2019, is not loading. so do i need to do a reboot again. very odd. and got the education version, 3d max 2019, 64 bit windows, english. very weird. and it did install.

I have checked internally with my colleague with whom you have a ticket open in our system. It seems the registration for the 2019 Versions for Mudbox and Maya were not successful and therefore the product is not showing in your Autodesk Account. Please go to:https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured sign in and download the Maya and Mudbox from there.

May I ask if you already have checked the system requirements for the 2019 versions of the products?

Did you also verify the serial number and that it is correct?

Hi checked the specs, got a intel I 7 7 processor, 8 gb ram, 500 gb ssd and
intel 420 graphics. Yes and using windows 10 home 64 bit 1809 latest version
and got the latest updates.

Well will go and download.

And yes, got the correct serial number, but it activated online
automatically for me. Did not have to put in a serial key.
