can you please confirm that the sofwtare you are trying to activate is showing in your Autodesk Account? Please go to the link "manage.autodesk.com" (<-click) and log in with the email address you have used to apply for the student version as well as the password for this Account.
1. Make sure the products are showing in the Autodesk Account under the "All product and services" tab and also make sure WHICH version you are entitled to use currently (2019, 2018, 2017)?
2. Please download from the Autodesk Account by clicking next to the product on the "download" Icon

**** If 2019 is not showing currently, this means you have to register for it over this link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max
-> Log in over this page, then choose the version 2019 and then download.
-> Some product has not been released as 2019 Versions for students yet.
3. For the download over the Account please choose "Browser download" method.
4. Make sure when trying to activate, that you haver downloaded and installed the Student version and not the trial version.
5. Make sure to choose the correct serial number (starting with 901-XXXXX) as well as the correct Product key according to the Version : 2017 128I1 (=with a big "i" not a small "L"), 2018 128J1, 2019 128K1.
Kindly follow all this steps and confirm to me if you can activate your license.
