Can't update two factor authentication because trapped in a infinite login loop

So I have an issue with the new 2FA update. When I clock the edit 2FA button it asks me to login to verify my identity, and then it shows a menu for a brief second to go about the process of updating the 2FA, but then immediately that goes away and it asks me to login again, which takes me back to the security menu, where I then have to hit the edit 2FA button again, which then repeats the cycle.

Firefox browser, tried turning off Ublock Origin to no effect so I know it's not the javascript / pop up blocker.

Try a different browser like CHROME or EDGE or both.

Please don't provide pointless suggestions.   AD needs to fix their poor forced rollout or at least provide a way to contact support.

I'm experiencing the same issue trying to update my existing 2-Factor Settings as asked per yesterday's e-mail.

Here's what happens to me on multiple browsers (Edge and Chrome) and also trying in Incognito Mode.

1. Sign In -> 2. Go to My Profile -> 3. Click on Banner link to update 2-step verification -> 4. Click Edit button in the 2-Factor section -> 5. Directed to Sign-In -> 6. See a brief option to ask if I want to continue editing but does not allow me to press either "Go Back" or "Continue Edit" button -> 7. Sign-In Prompt Again -> Back to Step 4

I've also tried using a combination of saving my sign-in settings which do not appear to do anything to break the loop.

Same for me, too. Autodesk, geht it togehter and test this before you ask to update!

Whilst i'll agree it shouldnt have been rolled out in this state, its is not a pointless suggestion.

It works (I was having the same issue, quick pop to chrome and now sorted). and solves the problem.

It doesnt do anything to allieviate the initial issue, but offers a work around.

The issue fixed itself for me. Today I was able to update successfully. I do not know if that was related to this thread or just if someone found the bug, but those who were having the issue might want to try again now.
