Can't open maya. Message saying 'verifying license'

Hey everyone. Maya 2020 currently won't open for me. It says 'trying to register your license' or something like that and then stops opening. Then I receive an email saying 'thank you for registering you maya license'. This happens on a never ending loop until i shut it down in the task manager.

Thank you for providing this information. Is this a paid subscription for Maya 2020? 

The reason I ask, is I see that you have a paid subscription license & educational licenses together in one Autodesk Account. That explains why you are receiving that message/error these license types are different, so they need to be in separate accounts. 

I recommend canceling/refund this recent subscription purchase of Maya, then use a different Autodesk Account to purchase the Maya subscription.
