Can't open drawing file

Can you please describe the questions once again? The title of this question is totally different to the screenshot and body text.
And please follow rule 1 for setup's: as long as AutoCAD is started, you should never start an installation of AutoCAD or any other product (or product add-ons like your setup screen shows). During installations no programs should be working (just operating system and it's services)

Yes your posting is very confusing. In addition the screen shot shows that you are trying to install the tools and utilities of AutoCAD. There's no need for that...
