Can't open a saved DWG file in sketchbook Designer. "failed to send ...

I am using an edu Version of Sketchbook Designer 2014 on Win 8.

Since today I can not open a DWG file (16MB) from yesterday. Sketchbook

shows an Error Prompt:

Autodesk product failed to send the required value for SERIALNUM

It is possible to open and save other files but I need to open this one or convert

it to a working file.

Hope you can help me

Welcome to the community.  If you think you can zip and attach the DWG, perhaps it can be fixed.  That is, if it is not sensitive data that you don't want to share.

Hallo,

I tried to send the file but unfortunately it is 16 mb and could not
be sent. Is there a way so I can fix the file myself?

Thanks,

Daniel

You can try to audit and recover it in AutoCAD, perhaps.
