Can't join projects because of "account activation" but my account is already activated

I don't receive activation emails but I can't join projects because my account is not activated. I've talked with Autodesk Education support and they said that my email and account is already verified. Thus, they said I should contact fusion support. Additionally, I cannot access the customer support as the website tells me that I "don't have access to this option"
