can't install Plant3D 2016 extension

Hello

I can't install extension 1 for plant3d 2016 - 64bits, english, despite  i'm suscriptor

 

"This update could not be installed becouse it is not designed for the version of Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2016 Core that is installed on your computer"

 

I've checked if i've installed a servipack before this, but windows doesn't show any for plant 2016. It only shows plant2015 SP2 (installed one year ago).

My plant2016 version is 7.0.49.04

 

I need to use dim reference on iso, only included in extension

Hi, JUANCARLOSBLASCO4129 , thanks for your post. So, I need to uninstall plant 3D SP2 for 2015 to install plant 3D Ext1 for 2016 ???? I got the same error and don't have any 2015 software installed, only 2016, 2014 and 2012!!

Not. 

You must uninstall  p3d service packs from 2016 versions

From what i remember, extensions and servicepacks need to be installed in release order.

 

Try to uninstall sp2 for plant3d 2016, then try.

If it dosen't work, try to uninstall sp1 from p3d 2016 also.

Unfortunately, your  advice is unfit for me
I have no Plant 3D 2016 Service packs installed and still can't install  AutoCAD_Plant_3D_2016_Ext1_x64.exe
My Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2016 version is
G049.04.r3
 
I can to install AutoCAD_Plant_3D_2016_Ext1_x642.msp separately, but I can not to install AutoCAD_Plant_3D_2016_Ext1_x641.msp, AutoCAD_Plant_3D_2016_Ext1_x643.msp

I,too, don't have any service packs or extensions

installed for Plant 3D 2016!
