I'm using a license for school, when I first open AutoCad it asks me to sign in either through my ID, network license or serial number. I only know my ID, but when I click sign in, it says the license manager is not working and it shuts down the program. To my knowledge, I can't click anywhere else on the screen other than these 3 options. I've also tried reinstalling and repairing the program to no success. I'm suppose to get the serial number so I can eventually get a Promine serial number.
Is there any solution that I can get AutoCad up and running?
