Can't Download Material library for Revit 2017

Hello,

I went in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Uninstall Tool\R1\UninstallTool.exe.. But was not there the 'Uninstall the libraries in the following order: Autodesk Material Library Medium Resolution Image Library  Autodesk Material Library Low Resolution Image Library  Autodesk Material Library Base Resolution Image Library  Autodesk Material Library'

What can I do now?

Hello @jmb.janine,

You do not have this tool because of the type of download (install now) it does not contain this media folder. To resolve this issue I would try another method of download that maybe the true issue in your case. 

Please run through these steps: 

1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the program use MSfixitTool to complete the uninstall 
2. Log in as an Administrator 
3. Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter 
4. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
5. Temporarily disable UAC:  Windows 7 , Windows 10 
6. Use Browser Download Method for Autodesk Account or via the Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)
