Can't Download Material library for Revit 2017

I dont have the Material library for Revit 2017. I could not do this procedure. But I stell can't install the Material library for Revit 2017. Any suggestion forr me? Regards

Hello @jmb.janine,

If you could provide more information about how you do not have the libraries we may be about to solve the major problem making it easier for you to troubleshoot, a screen shot or log would be helpful. 

Please perform the following: 

1. Temporarily turn off User Account Control (UAC) within Windows.
2. Open the Autodesk Uninstall Tool:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Uninstall Tool\R1\UninstallTool.exe

3. Uninstall the libraries in the following order:

• Autodesk Material Library Medium Resolution Image Library 
• Autodesk Material Library Low Resolution Image Library 
• Autodesk Material Library Base Resolution Image Library 
• Autodesk Material Library 

Then run the Setup.exe in the c:\Autodesk\Product Name folder
