I get to this page and every time I click the button it just refreshes the page rather than downloading the program. There is no pop-up blocker, I used my school email, I enabled 2-step verification, and I tried different browsers (Chrome and Safari). I'm on a Mac, has anyone had a similar problem?

Sorry for the confusion, but you can locate your student software from the educational website, steps are provided down below along with a video.
How to get Educational Software
- If, you are eligible for Educational Software, Create an Account or you already have a Autodesk Account
- Review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software
- Educational Software includes the current version & 3 versions back
- Your Educational Account & "Free Software" page will provide you with all the information you will need to download, install & activate, you will also receive an email containing your Serial# & product key, information will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs
- If you have already selected the product on this page, it is registered & should also be available in your Autodesk Account under the "All Product & Services" it will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs
Note: For each product & version you wish to have access to & receive in your Autodesk Account visit the "Free Software" page & select it from the drop-down
- An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software)
