Can't download AutoCAD under student license!!

hi, 

I have tried to download AutoCAD program under the students free license and I entered my University/faculty name to continue the licensing process, It keeps telling me that my University/Faculty isn't in the database & Refused to add it to your database .

I am at Alexandria University , Faculty of Engineering

I did and as I It keeps getting me back to the first panel that asks me to enter my Univesity name as nothing happened , I think it's a some sortta of a bug

What browser are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache and history?  You can reach out to the Educational Support team https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form

There's nothing we as the users can do about this since its managed by Autodesk.
