Can't download AutoCAD 2018 64 bit student version

Hi,

I was trying to download AutoCAD 2018 64 bit student version (Educational purpose). It took 1.7 GB to download. But after downloading, when I tried to proceed for installation, it is showing that the 32 bit version has been downloaded. There was no option to select 32/64 bit before downloading. Please guide me to download the 64 bit version.

I’d suggest to try downloading 2020 or 2021 autocad version. I tried downloading 2018 previously but gave me no option for it. Just 32 bit. So try downloading and installing the most recent version. It should work for you. Go back to your account -> free downloads (look up autocad) -> download 2020/2021 version. Should work. Hope this helps.

Also, forgot to add that the newer versions will give you the 64 bit versions.

Since you are a student you can only request single-user licenses,

The link only links to the article but the links attached will work for anyone with an AutoCAD license since it's only a software download.

I downloaded using browser method but after the download an error pops up in self-extract that says "Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or hast not been downloaded yet." I tried to download again and the same error pops up. Please help.

Follow the solution outlined above and make sure that you select Win 64 as your platform.

Yes - Students are only entitled to the Current Version + 3 Versions (2022,2021,2020,2019)
