Can't confirm details to install student version of Maya

I have a student liscence and a download of Maya 2018, i want to download the 2020 version of Maya but when i try to sign into the educational access page it wants me to confirm my information. The information is all filled in correctly but i can't click the confirm button, no errors come up and it doesn't even attempt to load. Really want Maya 2020 so if anybody has anything to help i'll be greatful

Sorry to hear that and thank you for sharing a screenshot. 

You should try to use a different browser, monitor or computer. Make sure you are connected to a wifi network that allows access to Autodesk sites, if necessary use a different network.

Review the information provided: 

• Uninterrupted high-speed internet connection
• Adjusting your LAN  & proxy settings etc.
• Test your connection using  Internet Speed or try another wifi network
