Olá,

baixei o AutoCad 2018, versão de estudante, pelo próprio site da autodesk, gerando, antes mesma da instalação, o serial e a key. Acontece que, diferente do Revit, em que instalei o software sem problemas, o Autocad 2018 diz que o código de solicitação não é valido para o produto que eu quero ativar. Já tentei obter o código de ativação pelo Opções de ativação register.autodesk.com, mas também não tive sucesso e disse que o codigo de solicitação não serve para o produto que quero ativar.

Hello, I downloaded the AutoCad 2018, student version, through the autodesk website itself, generating, before the installation itself, serial and key. It turns out that, unlike Revit, where I installed the software smoothly, Autocad 2018 says the request code is not valid for the product I want to activate. Can you provide some more information? Did the installation go smoothly? Was the product able to install without an error message? What error do you receive when you try to activate? 

 

An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. Or you can try another Wifi network location as well. 

 

If the online method does not work & you tried using an activation code for offline activation/manual activation contact the educational support team by filling out this form or contact Registration & Activation
