bought a license but where is the license code?

A couple of weeks ago I bought a autocad LT lisence code. After ordering the license i got 4 emails: order conformation, fullfilment conformation for order, your recent autodesk purchase and invoice for order. In the first email they mentioned that i would get a get started email with the instruction of starting my license but I never got this one. In the other emails I do not find the license code. If I try to call anyone I only get salesmen on the line en they send me to this number: +442036081362. this number just tells you to visit this webiste. I can't find anything about that email on here. Does anyone knows what to?

Thank you for your patience & sorry for the inconvenience. 

This email is not required to get started. To access your subscription license information & validate your new license, please follow the steps below: 

1. Locate the activation method in your Autodesk Account, it will state either, "Sign-in" or provide a "Serial Number & Product Key" 
• Please type the Serial Number & Product Key do not copy/paste
2. An internet connection is required to activate & every 30 days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software)

3. Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection or try a different secured network, access a different Wifi connection

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Your subscription based Acad LT license will be based on the sign in/Autodesk ID/Group ID method.

When you launch it, a Let's Get Started dialog will appear, select Single User and sign in using your Autodesk Account credentials.
