I am new to BIM 360, so please suggest if any of understanding is wrong.

We are the resellers of Autodesk Products. And we have license for BIM 360 team. I thought with that BIM 360 Team subscription, we could able to do cloud work sharing/design collaboration from Revit. Am I correct?

Or I need to purchase BIM 360 design for Cloud Collaboration and Worsharing?

Please suggest

if your a reseller why do you need to purchase it?

if your a reseller don’t you have direct access to Autodesk?

Ok, May be I have not clearly defined in my earlier post, about the information I want.

1. Is it possible to use BIM Team license(NFR) for C4R option for Cloud Worksharing and Collaboration. This question has been raised because we have BIM Team license and we could not successfully do Collaborate in Cloud.

2. We have tried getting NFR license for BIM 360 design(For C4R option) through Partner portal and while doing so, it is asking PO number for it. Do we need to create PO for NFR license. If so, please suggest how to do it.

Thanks

1. if read the link above bim 360 team only works on 2018.2 & below

is this what your running?

2. this isn’t autodesk support if you are a reseller like you said you are you need to direct this question to your boss or create a case with autodesk

do you not have a Partner Manager?

Okay, I will check for Partner manager. Actually I have tried using 2018.3 and it might be the reason.

Thanks for your reply.
