I installed the 3ds max 2018 student version but it has got an error .3dmax is not opening.C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2018
\Qt5WebEngineWidgets.dll is either not designed to run on Window or it contains error . try installing the program again using the 
original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020

It looks like you’re receiving an error: "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". This error occurs due to not have permissions assigned. The following articles should help you resolve the problem:
