We are up and running now.

What did you need to do to resolve it for your ticket?

Also, did you install all of the updates from the Autodesk Desktop App?

It is unclear, some of our team just restarted their PC 2 to 3 times and then it began to work. Around 5AM Est I was not able to get into the https://manage.autodesk.com/home/ site either, but now I can. It is all strange.

It's likely it needed to get access to the Autodesk licensing site.
