I have the .net framework already on my computer, and closed all other applications. I made it through all the steps and selected what to install, pressed install and it seemed to be working...until it got to here and never went further. As you can see the pause download is greyed out as if it never even started. The "installing..." bar on top is moving so it's not frozen but nothing else is changing. I've left it like this for a while and still nothing.
Any idea what could be going wrong?

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
