A couple weeks ago, my PC did an automatic update. Since then I haven't been able to open any Autodesk product I installed. I tried to uninstall Maya 2023 and 3ds Max 2025 then reinstall them but I get this error every time.
Can someone help?
Can you share the log files generated by this installation? We have a tool that automates this process as well as a guide to do this, which can be found here. The log files should include where the issue is occurring and recommend the most appropriate solution.
I look forward to hearing from you,

Did you manage to install 3DS Max 2025? Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions or issues. The log files I requested in the above reply would be helpful at identifying the problem and finding the best course of action.

Unfortunately, the setup.log file is completely empty - if you go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\ODIS in file explorer do you see anything in the file name setup.log? If you do, please upload the file.
Otherwise, I'd recommend restarting your computer (use Restart rather than Shut Down as shut down saves some files for a faster reboot) and running the installation again,
